The high dome allows for vertical assembly without crushing the leaves.

Ideal for: assembled salads, chopped fruit, ceviches, cold poke, self-service bars, and refrigerated display cases.

Note: PLA is compostable but cannot withstand heat: no microwaves and no warm products, because it fogs up inside and you lose the very advantage of it being transparent. Also, do not store it in a hot warehouse or it will warp in the box.

Compatible with: Dome lid included for all sizes. No separate lid required.

Onza Tip: Always keep dressing in a separate container. A dressed salad in a display case will look wilted after 40 minutes, and then you've lost the sale and the product.
