8 x 8 x 3-inch sugarcane fiber (bagasse) clamshell, no compartments. It is a direct substitute for styrofoam: it resists grease, does not collapse with sauce, and can be microwaved, which styrofoam should never do. Integrated hinge and tab closure that feels firm when closed.

Note this: The fiber breathes: it's good for keeping fried foods from getting soggy, but it means it's not airtight. With very soupy stews, the liquid can dampen the base after 30–40 minutes.
